Somatic Inquiry + Reiki Healing

Service Description

This session integrates both Somatic inquiry and Reiki energy healing. We will begin seated, and I will guide you to notice sensations in your body linked to emotions. Next, you will transition to the massage table to receive Reiki, which will support integration of what arose and shifted. This powerful combination will promote processing emotions and nervous system regulation for greater ease and well-being.
